Linde is currently seeking a Business Manager to join the team in Murray Hill, New Jersey.
• Responsible for the reporting of the overall performance and profitability of the financial results and KPI's of the markets assigned.
• Support market leadership with financial and decision support analysis, and serve as a business decision consultant.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining business controls and processes.
• Responsible for SAP/CRM training for market personnel, and for implementing processes for proper usage of the systems.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or other related field
• Masters Degree desired
• Five to eight years experience in business control, finance, accounting or similar discipline
• 20 - 40% travel required
• Functional / Financial skills:
► Substantial knowledge of Linde Group Safety strategy and philosophy
► Thorough understanding of financial principles
► Demonstrated expertise in planning
► Strong analytical skill sets (experience in business analysis of 5+ years preferred)
